The rooms are wonderful and beautiful, and are complete with a good spacious bathroom, the mountain view, for example. It is in particularly good and amazing location to Aqua Park, set right next to the hotel🙂👍

Beds were not very comfortable.

our stay at krupowki 40 aparthotel was amazing! the location was perfect, right in the center, and the staff was incredibly helpful. the views from our room were stunning, and we loved waking up to them every day. we enjoyed the nearby attractions, shopping, and dining options. the comfortable beds and in-house coffee machine added to a great experience.

One small issue was the lack of cleaning service.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the main street, making it convenient to explore all the attractions, shops, and eateries in Zakopane. We were able to easily access all the tourist attractions from the hotel. The receptionist, especially the night shift staff, was extremely helpful and provided us with great assistance and recommendations. The view from the hotel was also amazing, offering us beautiful sights of the surrounding area. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice experience overall. The in-house coffee machine was a pleasant relief for us as well.

Felt like home, no complaints.

I appreciated the place, everything was good. The hotel's location was great and amazing, just next door to the main attraction in Zakopane, the centrum and a quiet area. After long day I visited Legenda Nietoperza for a couple of drinks. The staff were friendly, ready to any request.

Nothing could have been better.

The room was big and beautiful with a nice sized bathroom. The location was magnificent, right by the center of town, yet very quiet. I spent 2 sunny days here and would love to come back.

Despite the negatives, we did find some positives during our stay. The location of the hotel was key, being situated right in the center of town. This made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas and access nearby attractions. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, except for one receptionist who seemed disengaged. We also enjoyed the pool billiard provided, which added some entertainment during our Christmas stay.

We had a hard time getting any sleep as we could hear other guests walking, talking, and even moving furniture late into the night. the view from our room on the first floor was less than desirable, as we were stuck with a view of the neighboring building's roof.

The property was fairly clean and the staff was amicable. My triple room was reasonably large with a good spacious bathroom. I enjoyed that this hotel offered wake-up service. The location was excellent, nestled in the mountains.
